What is your return policy for skincare tools?

We offer a 30-day return policy for unused and unopened products in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, skincare tools that have been used cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

We recommend wiping your rollers and gua sha tools with a damp cloth or a gentle alcohol-based sanitizer after each use. Store them in a cool, dry place to maintain their integrity.
